Park & Store is on a private lifestyle property in Okura, on the edge of Albany on Auckland’s North Shore. For privacy and security, we don’t publish the exact street address online. Once your storage space is confirmed, we provide the address and access details directly to you.

The facility is physically in Okura, immediately beside the wider Albany area. We describe it as Okura-Albany because it combines the space and privacy of a semi-rural Okura property with convenient access to Albany, the Northern Motorway and surrounding North Shore suburbs.

Yes — we offer secure motorhome and campervan storage in Okura, just outside Albany. We can accommodate small, medium and large motorhomes and campervans, and we also store caravans, boats, trailers and cars. Put simply, if you can park it, there’s a good chance we can store it.

Caravan storage typically costs $50 per week for a standard-sized caravan. That includes a dedicated space on sealed or compacted gravel, access to the private facility, and the ability to collect or return your caravan 24 hours a day. Very large caravans may require a separate quote.

Most motorhomes and campervans cost $50 per week to store. The standard rate generally covers small, medium and large motorhomes, including most conventional six-berth vehicles (often around seven to eight metres long). Exceptionally large or bus-sized vehicles may cost more, but we’ll confirm the price before your storage begins.

Most boats and trailers can be stored for about $50 per week. The final price depends on the overall length and space required. Standard trailer boats usually fit within the normal rate, while unusually large boats may need a separate quote. Send us the approximate length or a photo and we’ll quickly confirm the price.

The $50 weekly rate covers most standard caravans, motorhomes, campervans, boats, trailers and cars — generally vehicles up to around the size of a conventional six-berth motorhome or large family caravan (approximately seven to eight metres). Vehicles significantly larger than this, particularly bus-sized motorhomes or oversized boat trailers, may require a higher rate.

Yes — the minimum storage period is one month. After the first month there’s no fixed long-term contract; your storage simply continues for as long as you need it. We ask for one month’s notice when you decide to finish.

Yes. Park & Store customers have 24-hour, seven-day access to their stored vehicles. You can collect or return your caravan, motorhome, campervan, boat or car whenever your travel plans require, without being restricted to office hours.

You don’t need a formal appointment each time. There’s typically someone onsite, and we simply ask that you check in when leaving your vehicle — a quick text, call or message is usually all that’s required. This helps us track vehicle movements and maintain security.

Yes. You’re welcome to leave your car in your storage space while travelling in your campervan or motorhome. Drive in, collect your campervan, and leave your car securely parked in its place until you return. Just let us know so we can identify the vehicle and keep our records accurate.

Yes. You can arrange for another person to collect your caravan, motorhome, campervan, boat or vehicle. Contact us beforehand with the person’s name and expected collection time so we can confirm they have your permission and protect the security of everyone using the facility.

Yes. We have separate storage areas for caravans and for motorhomes and campervans, which makes it easier to enter, manoeuvre, park and leave. The parking areas are level and on sealed or compacted gravel surfaces rather than grass.

Park & Store is on a private lifestyle property that can’t be seen from the road. The facility is monitored 24 hours a day by security cameras, and there’s typically someone onsite. We keep track of vehicle movements and who’s entering or leaving. For added privacy and security, the exact address is only provided to confirmed customers.

Vehicles are stored on sealed or compacted gravel surfaces, not on grass. This provides a firm, reliable parking surface year-round and makes it easier to manoeuvre caravans, motorhomes, campervans, boats and trailers. The exact surface depends on the storage area allocated to your vehicle.

You’re responsible for maintaining insurance on your vehicle while it’s stored at Park & Store. We provide a private, monitored storage facility but we don’t insure customers’ vehicles or belongings. We recommend confirming with your insurer that your policy covers the vehicle while kept at a private storage facility.

Before placing your vehicle into storage, make sure it’s locked, secure and ready to be left unattended. We recommend you:

• Close and lock all doors, windows, hatches and compartments
• Remove food, rubbish and valuable personal belongings
• Turn off appliances, water pumps and unnecessary electrical systems
• Secure awnings, aerials, covers and loose exterior equipment
• Check that the tyres are correctly inflated
• Use appropriate wheel chocks or towing locks
• Confirm that your insurance remains current
• Ensure any vehicle cover is properly secured and ventilated

For boats, also secure the cover and make sure water can’t collect inside the hull.
